Loyalist Township is thrilled to announce the return of the TuNesday in the Township summer concert series! This beloved community event features monthly concerts in the park between May and August, offering free live music, complimentary popcorn, summer vibes, and fun for all ages. We invite everyone to bring their lawn chairs, blankets, and dancing shoes to enjoy an unforgettable evening of music and fun.
All concerts will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Loyalist Park Amphitheatre, located at 133 Pratt Drive, Amherstview. The Amherstview Lions Club will be present at each concert, collecting donations for the local food bank. Your generosity will help support those in need within our community.
On June 11, Vintage Vibes will take the stage, bringing timeless songs that are seldom heard live. The band features seasoned performers with many years of experience playing in various groups. They deliver a diverse mix of country, early rock and roll, and classic rock from the late '60s and '70s. This is your chance to sing along to tunes you know and love, and to experience the magic of live music from a bygone era.
Please note that all concerts are weather dependent. In the event of a cancellation due to inclement weather, a sign will be posted at the concert location, and an announcement will be made on our social media channels. We encourage everyone to check for updates before heading to the venue.
