Winter Active takes place throughout Loyalist Township with a combination of activities in January from the 15th to the 21st. Come out of the house and participate in fun & friendly activities including fitness classes, skating, library activities and outdoor fun!
Monday, January 15th
- Adult & Senior Skating - 9:00 a.m. at the WJ Henderson Recreation Centre
- Tone & Sculpt - 9:00 a.m. at the Leisure & Activity Centre
- Strong Seniors - 10:00 a.m. at the Leisure & Activity Centre
- Zumba - 11:00 a.m. at the Leisure & Activity Centre
- 55+ Shinny - 11:00 a.m. at the WJ Henderson Recreation Centre
- Fitness Circuit - 5:30 p.m. at the Leisure & Activity Centre
